I share the same love and passion with yoga as with the food. I soon realized that to have a healthier mind and body I had to join the physical part with the nourishing and clean nutrition in order to allow me to have a more balanced life and spirit.

Well, if you think and measure the amount of time that you lose when you go to the supermarket to buy precooked meals (that are so bad for your health), or to go to the restaurant, where you spend time on the car to go there, then parking, getting a table and sitting, choosing from the menu the food, waiting, eating, paying, going to the car, and them home, you have already spent more time than if you have gone home and cooked a meal with your family and had a pleasant time eating and talking with your relatives, with the advantage of eating a really healthy and nutritious meal.
Give yourself the benefit of doubt and embrace this new experience and journey without any pre-conceived idea, because you are going to have good nutritional and healthier habits that are going to last and provide you with a good physical and mental health as long as preventing you to have diseases or food disorders.
