The super healthy chocolate cake that my kids simply love.

This healthy chocolate cake recipe (done without eggs and butter) it's a real success every time I do it at home. If you are a sceptical person I can tell you that I have already served this cake in school parties and birthdays, and because people didn't know it was a vegan cake, they simply love and ate it all and the moms even asked me to give them the recipe.  List of ingredients: 1 ½ cup of whole wheat floor 1 cup of  buc kwh ea t flour (farine de blé noir) 1 ½ cup of brown sugar that you can replace by honey or  aga ve  syrup as needed 5 tbsp cocoa 1 tbsp of milled flaxseed 1 tsp of  baking soda 2 tsp of baking powder ½ cup of extra virgin olive oil 1 cup of soya milk Dark chocolate chips, as needed (optional) For the Chocolate coating 100 g. of dark chocolate 4 tbsp of soya milk 2 to 4  tbsp of sugar Directions: Preheat the oven at 180º C or 356º F. The easiest and delicious Chocolate mousse with only 2 ingredients

We are a chocolate lovers family trying always to find healthy options and easy recipes in order to indulge our cravings, so when I found out this recipe I decided to try it. I found out this two ingredients chocolate mousse recipe in the blog eat, live, run , and it was a double bonus when I saw it was from never than less famous 3 Michelin stars chef Heston Blumenthal.
